3. Do not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, inflammatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
4. Do not upload photographs or videos depicting sexual violence and/or nudity.
5. Do not upload photographs or videos of minors under the age of 18.
6. Do not upload photographs or videos of others without obtaining prior written consent from the people featured in photos and videos you upload on the Site.
7. Do not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
8. Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.
9. Do not share your personal information with someone unless you are absolutely certain the information is safe to share with that person.
10. Do not share personal information about anyone else.
11. Do no post advertisements or other solicitations such as "junk mail" or "chain letters."
12. Do NOT post forum hacks, bit torrent sites, warez, or any website link or program that promotes piracy or hacking. All members shall not promote mod lobbies, prestige lobbies, or anything promoting Microsoft rules violation. What you do with your account is fine but don't promote modding or hacking to the members. This will not be tolerated and it is an automatic ban from the clan and you will not be allowed back in because this could get out forum taken down and the members along with ourselves have worked to hard to let something like that happen.
